Pricing INFORMATION

VAT

All prices are VAT exclusive. 22% VAT will be added on invoice. The coworking service is subject to standard VAT.

Cancellation policy

Daily plans can be cancelled up to 24 hours in advance. Monthly plans require 30 days' written notice. Meeting Room hour packages are non-refundable but do not expire.

Resident plan

The Resident plan guarantees a fixed desk exclusively reserved for you, with priority access to all services. It also includes the business address service.

Availability

Workstations are available Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 7:00 pm. For special time requirements, please contact us directly.

Invoicing

We issue electronic invoices for all services. Monthly plans are invoiced at the beginning of each month. We accept bank transfer and credit card.

Can I use the address for my business?

Yes, the business address service is available for coworkers on an Unlimited Monthly or Resident plan. Our address — Via Privata Battista De Rolandi 1, 20156 Milan — can be used as your legal or operational business address. The service includes mail management. Contact us to activate it.

Is printing really included in the plan?

Yes, professional printing (A4 laser printer and plotter up to A1) is included in all coworking plans, without page limits for ordinary professional use. For intensive use or bulk plotter printing (e.g. large numbers of project drawings), we ask you to notify us in advance to coordinate the service. The service is reserved for active coworkers.

Can I bring a client or collaborator?

Certainly. You can receive clients and collaborators in the common areas. For more structured or formal meetings, we recommend booking the Meeting Room, which guarantees complete privacy and a professional environment. Coworkers on a monthly plan have access to the room at a discounted rate.

How do I book?

Booking is done through our online Amelia Booking system, accessible from the Bookings page. You can choose space, date and time directly from the calendar.
