Select the type of workstation you prefer: Standard Desk, Deluxe Desk or Meeting Room. Check the features and price.
Select date and time
Choose the date and duration in the interactive calendar. You will immediately see real-time availability and the total cost.
Confirm and pay
Enter your details, confirm the booking and complete payment. You will receive immediate confirmation by email.
Book YOUR WAY
You can book on your own through the automated page with a real-time calendar, or send us a request via the manual form. Choose the method that best fits your needs.

Book on your own via Amelia Booking: real-time availability, date and time selection and secure payment. Ideal for single daily workstations (Standard and Deluxe Desk) and for the Meeting Room by single hours.

Request via form
Fill in the contact form stating space, dates and desired plan: we will confirm availability and payment details. Mandatory for bundle packages and hour packages (see note below).
Go to the request form →Bundle and hour packages: multi-day packages (5 / 10 days), monthly and Resident plans and the Meeting Room hour packages (5 / 10 / 20 / 50 hours) are always purchased upon request via the form. Send us your request and we will guide you through activation and payment.
