Book one hour for €5 and come and work for half a morning. If you then decide to stay, we deduct what you have already paid from your first day.

The included A1 plotter is the reason many technical practices choose SLAB: a single site drawing printed at a copy shop costs more than a day here.
The desks do not come with a monitor: you can bring your own. With a Resident plan you can leave it set up on your desk.

If you need a real base: deliveries that end late at night, the Saturday before a deadline, your monitor and drawings exactly as you left them, an address for your business. You have a personal code and come in whenever you want, even when the space is closed.

A client who cannot come in sees and hears as if they were at the table, without relying on a laptop webcam. Useful when the meeting brings together the works supervisor, the contractor and the client, and someone is on site.
Professional BUSINESS ADDRESS
A Milan address for your business, with someone who actually collects the mail.

The service includes use of the address as registered and operational office, receiving and notifying your mail, storing it and collection on site. Those who take the business address service on its own get one coworking day per month included and reserved rates on further days.

VAT
All prices exclude VAT. 22% VAT is added on the invoice. The coworking service is subject to the standard VAT regime.
Cancellations and changes
Day desks and meeting room. Bookable up to 1 hour in advance. Free cancellation or rescheduling up to 24 hours before the start time; after that deadline the booking cannot be cancelled or changed and is not refundable.
Hourly desks. Bookable up to 1 hour in advance. Free cancellation or rescheduling up to 1 hour before the start time, which is also the latest time to book.
A no-show without cancellation within these deadlines counts as a late cancellation and is not refundable. Monthly and Resident plans: prepaid, with no automatic renewal; we remind you before they expire and, if the renewal is not paid by the expiry date, the workstation becomes available again.
Resident plan
The Resident plan guarantees a fixed desk reserved exclusively for you, 24-hour access with a personal code on a smart lock and the professional business address included.
Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 8:00 pm. On Saturday the space opens for meeting room bookings only (8:00 am – 8:00 pm); closed on Sunday and public holidays. Residents come in freely with their personal code, at any time.
We issue electronic invoices for all services. Payment is made online at the time of booking or purchase, including packages, monthly and Resident plans: credit or debit card, PayPal, Klarna, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Alternatively you can choose bank transfer: the service is activated once the transfer is credited and until then availability is not guaranteed. If you have difficulty paying online, write to us via the contact form and we will get back to you.
